I’m Shannon, certified personal trainer and healthy eating coach. I specialize in providing high quality personal training and have done so since 2011. I set out to create the ultimate personal training experience for each client. From weight loss to flexibility; toning and firming to mobility; sports training to weight maintenance; my client list is as diverse as my personal training methods. What sets me apart is that I truly care about you as a person, and I am 100% committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
